30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which allows customers to request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not guarantee a full refund and does not waive any applicable fees, shipping costs, or inspection requirements. All returns are reviewed and approved at our discretion following inspection.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your Motion Frame to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Help@theMotionFrame.co.
Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the Motion Frame must:

Be returned in original condition

Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories
Opened, used, or activated Motion Frames are not considered unused merchandise.
Any Motion Frame that has had videos, photos, or personal media uploaded, or shows signs of extended use, is considered used.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of damage, misuse, modification, tampering, or unreasonable wear.
Restocking & Damage Fees

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee

If the returned Motion Frame shows damage, excessive wear, missing components, altered packaging, or signs of use beyond normal inspection, an additional 20% damage fee will apply

All fees are assessed after inspection and deducted from the refund amount
Total deductions may include the 10% restocking fee + up to 20% damage fee, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned Motion Frame is received, it will undergo an inspection. After inspection, a team member will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
We replace or exchange Motion Frames only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If your Motion Frame arrives defective or damaged, please contact Help@theMotionFrame.co within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.
Shipping & Return Costs
