Can I upload everything on my own?
Yes. You can skip the preview and upload everything yourself after checkout. Your frame also includes a step-by-step guide inside the box.
Will my uploads play on a loop?
Yes. All videos and photos play automatically on a smooth, continuous loop.
Will my video play with sound?
Yes. The frame supports sound, and you can adjust volume or keep it muted.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, simply return your frame for a full refund.
Can I change my upload after purchase?Â
Yes. You can update your files before we ship your frame. Just reply to your order email or use the upload link we provide.
How long does it take to receive my order?

No. The Motion Frame works without Wi-Fi or an app. Once your video is uploaded, it plays automatically.

Yes. You can ship the frame straight to the recipient and even upload the video in advance so it’s ready to play when they open it.
How is the video uploaded to the frame?
After checkout, we send you an upload link. You can submit your photos and videos there, and we’ll preload them onto your frame before shipping.Â
