Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your Motion Frame you are able to request a refund in accordance with our policy up to 30 days after receiving your Motion Frame. Return requests received after 30 days of receiving your Motion Frame will not be honored. If within 30 days of receiving your Motion Frame you experience dissatisfaction please email us at Help@theMotionFrame.co to connect with a team member

In order to complete a successful return, your Motion Frame must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any unreasonable returns and exchanges, such as when Motion Frame that have been damaged, altered or tampered with. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once you've returned your Motion Frame, and it is received by us, the package undergoes inspection, after completion a team member will reach out to you to confirm, that we have received your returned Motion Frame along with letting you know the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, which usually takes 3 - 10 business days to be issued to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Help@theMotionFrame.co

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We are happy to replace or exchange the Motion Frame if it is received defective or damaged. In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a defective or damaged Motion Frame please reach out to us at help@theMotionFrame.co within 7 days of receiving your Motion Frame.

Shipping 

We do not cover any return shipping or fees; all return shipping and fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the sender remains responsible for the Motion Frame until it is received at the Motion Frames Return Address.
