I uploaded all of my pictures, expected a frame to be delivered with one smooth looping video of all the images. Well, the frame arrived but nothing is on it. Not a single picture.

I bought 2 of these for Christmas presents and just bought another for a wedding gift.
box came damaged, the frame was great, but I wanted the whole gift to be nice. they offered me another box to be shipped, the gift was for my mother which i was flying over to her the next day, the box wouldnt of came in time. i understand it was the shipping company that didnt take care of it. but thats not my problem i wanted it to come in with no issues.
Ordered this for a wedding shower gift and absolutely love it! I can't wait to see them open it! It really is super cute and very nice and well made! I debated on getting the small or medium. I chose the medium framed and it is perfect! Good quality and the shipping was very fast. Would definitely order again for another gift!

About a month ago, I ordered a $70 frame thinking it was the same item I’d seen, just under a different brand. Huge mistake. The off-brand frame gave me nothing but headache, formatting issues, uploading problems, and after about a week it went completely dead and wouldn’t turn back on. I eventually decided to buy the Motion Frame instead, and the difference is night and day. The quality is easily 10x better. Highly recommend.
